Who We Are

Heirpath was created to give families a way out of property situations that feel impossible. Sometimes that’s a house stuck in a late loved one’s name, a tax lawsuit no one saw coming, or a foreclosure notice on a home the family can’t sell. And sometimes it’s a phone call telling you that a relative you barely knew left you part of a property you have never seen. In Texas, when someone dies without a will, the law decides who inherits, automatically, and nobody has to tell you. All of that is normal, and all of it is workable.

The problems most buyers walk away from are the ones we built this company to solve. We are a buyer, not a neutral party. We take on the property, the debt, and everything tangled up in it, and we make our money by solving what nobody else would touch. That is the business. Nobody here is going to pressure you, and the decision stays with your family.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out. You don’t need the deed, the will, or a family tree. You don’t need to be the only owner, or even know how many owners there are. You just need to tell us what you do know, and we’ll take it from there.
